Privacy Policy — New Prince Tailor

• Account information — name, email address, and phone number.
• Tailoring measurements — body measurements recorded to prepare garments.
• Order information — garment details, prices, advance/balance, delivery dates, status.
• Notifications token — a device push token, used to send order-status updates.

We do not collect location, contacts, precise device identifiers, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use the App for advertising.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To record measurements and prepare/track your tailoring orders.
• To send order updates and messages from your Shop.
• To let your Shop manage its customers, orders, and business reports.

Data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL on industry-standard cloud infrastructure) with row-level security isolating each Shop's data. Push notifications are delivered via the Expo push service. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it except with these service providers strictly to operate the App, or where required by law.

Your data is retained while your account is active with the Shop. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data in the app (Settings → Delete my account) or by contacting us at newprincetailorbatala@gmail.com. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is removed, except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure on-device credential storage (device keychain), and access controls so only your Shop can view your information.

The App is intended for tailoring businesses and their adult customers and is not directed at children under 13.
